In-person training
Face-to-face training ensures real-time interaction between learners and trainers and among delegates themselves. Onsite training is an excellent opportunity for people who learn better through cooperative activities and group work.
Working with people in real life, supported by a trainer in a face-to-face training environment, gives us instant feedback (both verbal and non-verbal) which leads to a richer learning experience.

Working with IKON has been an excellent experience from our first scoping meeting looking at what we needed as an organisation, with advice and guidance and expertise on how this could be tailored just for us through to the delivery of our courses.
