We seek an experienced Communication & Physical Skills Training Instructor to join our team.
In this role, you will deliver conflict resolution and managing challenging behaviour training across diverse sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Social Care, Facilities, and Retail. Your contribution will be instrumental in helping our clients enhance the skills of their in-house teams.
Your responsibilities will encompass content development, lesson plan review, nationwide training delivery, digital online training, and trainer administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTTLS
- Recent training delivery experience
- Physical Intervention skills qualification and delivery experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Clean driving license and reliable vehicle
