Job Title: Client Account Manager
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 + performance bonus + benefits
Location: Ipswich (with national travel to client venues as required).
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent.

We’re now looking for a Client Account Manager to join IKON at an exciting stage of growth.
This is a revenue-owning role focused on growing and developing existing client accounts. You will be accountable for retaining and increasing revenue across your portfolio, ensuring training programmes are planned in advance, opportunities are actively progressed, and future activity is consistently secured.
This is not a passive account management role. You will lead commercial conversations, challenge thinking where needed, and ensure no client is left without a clear next step. You will help clients translate their training needs into structured, forward-looking plans that deliver ongoing value.
As Client Account Manager, you will:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership. You will be confident in your communication, comfortable leading conversations, and motivated by seeing your work translate into meaningful outcomes for clients.
You do not need a training background, but you do need to be commercially aware, proactive, and able to think ahead. You will notice opportunities, take initiative, and follow through.
