‘Very interactive session, with lots of helpful information throughout. The trainer was excellent — very clear in explanations, patient, and engaging. They created a great learning environment where questions were encouraged, and practical examples really helped to understand the topics better. Overall, a great trainer who made the course both informative and enjoyable. I left the session feeling much more confident in applying what I learned.’

Hannah Jones, Lexrae Support

‘I recently attended the Breakaway Disengagement Training with IKON as part of the Affiliate Trainer course, and it was such a positive experience. The trainers, James and Trevor, were absolutely brilliant — they covered every detail of the course so clearly, while creating space for group discussions and the sharing of real-life experiences. It really refreshed my knowledge and gave me a big confidence boost to continue training our amazing team at Lexrae Support. I’d highly recommend this training to anyone in a similar role.’

‘Feedback following the recent de-escalation: We had a couple of unpleasant incidents take place in Oxford Street over the weekend and the way the team dealt with it at the moment was honestly faultless! There was no confusion or lack of confidence, a supervisor approached the challenging individuals and calmly asked them to leave the store, afterwards the whole team checked in with each other and it didn’t impact the day whatsoever.’
