Giles Successfully Completes Internship Journey
As Giles’ internship at IKON Training comes to its final week, it’s astonishing how swiftly these 10 weeks have flown by!
Louise Ballard, Operations Director at IKON, shared her thoughts on welcoming an intern from
University of Suffolk for the first time. Giles exhibited politeness, conscientiousness, and a strong work ethic, showcasing exceptional skills in photography and design.
Richard, who mentored Giles throughout his internship, expressed his delight. Giles truly shone in his project, displaying his design, photography, and videography talents. His dedication to enhancing the Learning Platform is evident in the user-friendly interface and captivating content they crafted. Giles acquired new skills adeptly, from coding to storyboarding, transforming intricate concepts into visually engaging materials, including immersive learning scenarios. The enthusiasm for ongoing collaboration with the university and similar partners remains high, resonating with their commitment to prioritising learners. Giles’ proficient contributions mirror this dedication, enriching the educational experience for all.

Giles himself reflected on his experience as an intern at IKON Training. The team’s kindness, support, and encouragement to improve were inspiring.
