James and Jason attended both the National Association for Healthcare Security and Restraint Reduction Conferences in Birmingham!

The subject matter was very thought-provoking, the calibre of speakers and discussion points were extremely relevant. The workshops and influential keynote speakers aimed at co-producing a reduction in restraint were so interesting we have so many actions to take away from these two days.
