Improving our training administration

We’re making essential changes to our training administration process. As you know, we are a forward-thinking organisation always looking to improve our service and customer experience for our clients and end learners.

With this in mind, we have improved our training administration with a bespoke Training Management System (TMS). With our new TMS, you can register your employees for training courses more easily and efficiently than ever before. The entire process will be quicker and more streamlined, saving you valuable time and resources whilst giving you full visibility at every stage.

For your future training courses, we will ask that you use our online form to register each person who will attend the event – we only require their name and email address.

With us managing the booking process directly with the end learner, we can provide a more personalised service to each registrant, which has received positive feedback throughout our test and learn stage.

By taking a few minutes to register your learners, you will enable us to ensure that each person gets the most accurate, informative communication about their training before and after their course. This will improve engagement and lead to better learning outcomes.

We are confident that this new process will be a positive development for all our clients. We will soon be sharing a resource to guide you through the changes and improvements your organisation will benefit from.

Our process robustly addresses requirements around compliance, such as the General Data Protection Regulation as outlined by the Data Protection Act of 2018.
