Join us in welcoming Alfie to the IKON Training team, where his passion for public safety and dedication to empowering others shines through. Here’s a glimpse into his journey:

While in education, he realised that the traditional path to university differed from his calling. With a deep interest in public safety, he embarked on a job search, and luck was on my side as he landed a position with a public sector organisation specialising in personal safety training. This experience provided valuable insights and enabled him to acquire relevant teaching qualifications, establishing himself within the training industry.

Since joining IKON, his training endeavours have expanded into diverse sectors, allowing him to connect with a wide range of individuals in various locations every week. This dynamic aspect of his role he finds genuinely fulfilling! Stepping into environments where staff have encountered violence and aggression, he wholeheartedly embraces IKON’s ethos of ensuring everyone feels safe and confident in their work. He says, ‘Equipping the learners with practical strategies and skills to navigate these challenges is a privilege.’

He’s excited to continue his journey at IKON Training, surrounded by a team of exceptional individuals who share the same dedication and passion as him.
