‘Jude was lovely, really down to earth, so easy to engage with. She delivered the session with the utmost of professionalism and knowledge and most of all empathy. Her experience really made me feel that she understood what we experience daily with the violence and aggression from our patients and or relatives. I have completed Conflict resolution training before which was dry and quite frankly, boring! The session flowed perfectly and the slides were not long and drawn out with too much detail. It was so nice to have a relaxed atmosphere where the engagement in the sessions was easy and Jude didn’t single you out or make us feel uncomfortable speaking in a room with others even though we all know each other and have worked with each other, most of us for years.

Its a shame Jude cant deliver all of our practical training sessions, they would be a lot more fun and engaging.’
