Top bloke, very friendly, informative, professional and made it a fun enjoyable course over the two days. He went out of his way to answer any questions we had and was more than happy to repeat techniques if needed. At no point did I feel rushed and felt like the course was extremely beneficial to me moving forward into a new job at a local hospital as a porter/security officer. I would highly recommend this course.’
