Virtual Eye Contact and Why it’s Important

Virtual Eye Contact is precisely how it sounds; it is the process of locking eyes with someone over a virtual or online communication method. Why is it so important? Well, a 2020 scientific study found that virtual eye contact produces the same level of psychophysiological response as it does when you do it in person. Your brain’s autonomic arousal and facial reaction positively influence the interaction.
