James has been with IKON for just over a month!
Hear from James about his journey to joining IKON Training…
“I’m the newest trainer to join the IKON family; I was delighted to come on board permanently as I strongly believe in the message we are trying to deliver to all our clients and their staff, that we all should feel safe and confident at work. With a background of over 20 years of frontline experience in an NHS ambulance trust, I feel ideally placed to work with many of our NHS clients in delivering our Conflict Resolution training package, adapting to the needs of the individuals attending.
I enjoy learning more about the other industries we work with and always strive to deliver training with passion, empathy, and humour where appropriate! Outside of work, I enjoy family time, married with children and step-children ranging in ages from 6 to 25, which is another valuable source of conflict resolution experience! I’m excited to see where the future takes IKON, myself and my colleagues in 2022 and beyond!.”
