Job Title: Brand & Marketing Executive

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits.

Location: Ipswich (with travel to training venues as required).

Job Type: Full Time Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Brand & Marketing Executive to join our team at an exciting time of growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring IKON’s story to life through digital marketing, content creation and brand campaigns.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. From social media strategy to email campaigns, from website updates to filming real-life learner stories, you’ll play a central part in building our brand presence and helping us reach new audiences. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email, website, and Hubspot CRM. 
  • Travel to training courses and events to capture video, photography and learner stories. 
  • Edit and publish engaging short-form video content across social platforms and learning channels. 
  • Create award entries, PR content and campaign assets. 
  • Support the growth of our digital learning offer by aligning marketing with our LMS. 
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring everything we share reflects our values and tone of voice. 
  • Produce monthly marketing performance reports for the Directors. 

What we are looking for 

  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail. 
  • Confident digital skills across design tools, Microsoft Office, social platforms, email marketing and WordPress CMS. 
  • Excellent copywriting ability in line with IKON’s tone of voice. 
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills. 
  • Analytical mindset and awareness of marketing’s role in lead generation. 
  • Proactive, confident personality with creativity and commercial awareness.

The right person 

We’re looking for someone with a passion for marketing who thrives on creativity and variety. Experience in the training, education or healthcare sectors would be highly desirable, but not essential; we value transferable skills and a fresh perspective. 

What matters most is your ability to bring energy, creativity and ideas, and to use your skills across digital channels and content creation.
