Under our guidance, individuals can identify the IKON Training course that best suits their organisational requirements.

The affiliate trainer will be licensed to deliver the IKON Training course to the staff employed in the organisation they work.
It’s imperative to note that IKON Training courses cannot be resold for income generation or commercial purposes.
Affiliate trainers are awarded an IKON Train the Trainer qualification certificate upon completion of the trainer programme. As specialists in crafting training resources, our in-house learning designer meticulously creates all necessary materials in a branded digital format tailored to support training delivery.
These materials serve as invaluable scaffolding, offering trainers reference points and ongoing assistance during and after training sessions. Additionally, trainers are responsible for maintaining accurate records, including registers and evaluations from course attendees.
Adherence to the trainer’s code of conduct is paramount, necessitating faithful training delivery as outlined in the approved lesson plan.
It’s important to note that the materials provided are to be used as received. Regular annual reviews ensure that the materials remain up-to-date, and IKON shares any necessary updates during the annual renewal stage.
These comprehensive materials equip affiliate trainers with everything needed to deliver practical and engaging IKON Training sessions, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants.
Quality assurance, support, and continuous development are vital for the ongoing success of your in-house training team.
Within six months of completing the course, we will attend a session delivered by your newly licensed trainers, followed by a peer review involving your entire training team.
During these sessions, we conduct thorough quality checks, address concerns, and provide direct documented feedback to uphold high standards.
Our goal is to serve as an extension of your in-house team, fostering development, providing support, and enhancing training resilience. We are committed to ensuring consistency and delivering a significant return on investment for your organisation.
Our training is certified by Bild ACT under The Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards. We also hold the Quality Award Centre status through the Institute of Conflict Management.

Feedback from the West Suffolk Hospital Train the Trainer:
‘A lot of information and learning material to digest, however the way it was structured by James Crown was outstanding, his teaching style made it a very comfortable environment, Thank you.’
‘I was very nervous in the beginning, but clear explanation and demonstration in small doses built confidence. Subject knowledge improved tremendously. I’m still not fully confident, but practice, practice, practice and I’m sure I can make you proud of my achievements. Thank you to all at IKON.’
‘Lovely trainer, very calm allowed us to ask questions. It was very enjoyable. I learnt loads.’
‘Wow! Tim is a very knowledgeable and inspiring trainer! I had a great week on train the trainer and I am looking forward to working in collaboration with Tim/IKON for the future training sessions for business. I learnt a lot over the course of the week and acknowledge I still have more to learn and develop as a trainer myself, but I feel very privileged to have Tim as my trainer and mentor during this process.’
IKON’s Train the Trainer service will enable your team to deliver motivational and insightful training that builds confidence and trust.
