2021 what a year for IKON Training; we have adapted our training environments due to covid; we have embraced new clients, new employees, our digital transformation and of course being awarded certification against the Restraint Reduction Network training standards.
We have invested heavily in the development and digitalisation of our operations. Our customer experience starts before the training delivery and ends long after as we continue to work hard to maintain high-quality communication with our clients and delegates. A special thanks to DRUK their expertise and guidance with our digitalisation. DRUK and Hamish Mackenzie have been brilliant at assisting our team in the digital learning process.
We’ve introduced IKON Live, our new workplace training platform. Gaining great feedback, it’s proved to be a very flexible way to overcome the limitations of traditional on-site training while also being the most cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and agile solution for keeping your team safe and productive.
IKON has been awarded the Bild Association of Certified Training Certification through complying with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Training Standards. Following a 12-month certification scheme, we are proud to receive this certification representing the hard work that has gone into maintaining our high-quality standards in line with the RRN.
As your training provider, IKON can now help you become an affiliate of the Bild Act and RRN. Get in touch with a team member to see how we can work together.
If launching a brand new remote training platform wasn’t enough, we turned our training space into a versatile event space! Our space is a versatile blank canvas for any event. Whether it’s a private meeting, or photo shoot, we’ve got you covered. Find out more here.
We were awarded the New Anglia Growth Through Innovation Fund. The fund offers grants up to £25,000. IKON training was successful due to our innovative processes regarding workplace remote learning for the NHS and other sectors.
