Read the D&A Media case study about IKON

By IKON Training

“IKON Training initially contacted D&A Media as they were looking to implement technology within their training rooms that would significantly improve the delivery capabilities of their remote training courses, whilst helping improve their teams operational flexibility and reduce their carbon footprint.

IKON had included digital options with their training courses and wanted to invest in the latest technology that would help their trainers in delivering the very best, interactive training courses on their very own remote workplace training platform.

Their new video conferencing systems would need to offer a seamless online experience for their clients, one that would match the high-quality standards that IKON had set for the last 18 years.

Their trainers and clients would need to be able to join the remote training sessions, hosted on Microsoft Teams, at the click of a button, making it a simple and seamless experience for their users.

The systems were to be installed within their head office in Ipswich and had to be simple to use, reliable and secure.

Following our initial phone call to ascertain the key objectives of IKON Training going forward, D&A Media attended a meeting at their head office to complete a site survey and discuss they key requirements for each of their training rooms.

Once D&A Media obtained this information, our technical team worked together with IKON Training to prepare a proof of concept powered by Neat, which would be perfect for utilising the Microsoft Teams video conferencing platform for both their large and small training rooms, that would meet their needs and equip their teams with secure, flexible systems within their head office.

Following the proof of concept, Microsoft Teams video conferencing systems and commercial displays were implemented within their training rooms, whilst our technical experts continued to work with IKON Trainingto ensure D&A Media had fulfilled every element of their requirements.

This enabled us to ensure we deployed a complete and fully encompassing solution, that would not only meet, but exceed their expectations.”
