Introducing James Crown! Our Training and Development Manager.

James has been with IKON for over 12 years. James’s previous experience as a Personal Safety trainer with the Police combined with his time at IKON as our Training Manager makes him an industry expert working with over 100 clients in various sectors. James’s love for learning and development makes him the ideal manager for our trainers.

Hear from James below about his journey to IKON Training.

“I joined IKON after ten successful years as a personal safety trainer with Suffolk constabulary In 2011, I joined IKON as a training manager and the third full-time team member and took on an entirely new challenge, which has brought lots of highs and developments to my skill set. I now manage a team of full-time trainers, working with over 100 clients in various sectors. I have worked on our training delivery and the team to move it forward in the advanced digital age. The learning and development never stop, which is part of the industry I love so much; looking back to see where we have come from and the progression in how we continue to deliver meaningful training keeps me excited. I’m proud of where we are now as a business and how far I have progressed as a trainer, manager, colleague and person.”

Like with James, our trainers are all in-house. This is the IKON way to maintain high quality and engaging training. We’re lucky to have James on our team – Here’s to the next twelve years!
