Distance, Stance and Positioning.

  • Maintain the reactionary gap for safety.
  • Use positive body language to manage situations.

Part 3:

Breakaway and Disengagement Techniques.

  • Practice safe disengagement skills.
  • Identify the medical implications of these techniques.

Part 4:

By the end of this course your team will be able to:

  • Understand the legal aspects of self-defence.
  • Safely remove themselves from vulnerable situations.
  • Recognise the importance of reporting incidents.
