Distance, stance and positioning.

  • Maintain the reactionary gap for safety.
  • Use positive body language to manage situations.

Part 3:

Breakaway and disengagement techniques.

  • Practice safe disengagement skills.
  • Identify the medical implications of these techniques.

Part 4:

By the end of this course your team will be able to:
