At IKON Training, our mission has always been clear: to equip people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to manage conflict and challenging situations safely and effectively. But as workplace challenges evolve, so must the way we communicate our training solutions.  

With the launch of our refreshed brand and new website, we saw an opportunity to refine the way we present our courses, ensuring that finding the right training for your team is easier than ever.  

That’s why we’ve updated some of our course names and improved our descriptions to provide greater clarity and accessibility, ensuring that every organisation can quickly find the right training for their needs. 

Why these changes? 

We recognise that different sectors use different terminology, and that won’t change.
