James’ testimonials.

‘I recently attended the Breakaway Disengagement Training with IKON as part of the Affiliate Trainer course, and it was such a positive experience. The trainers, James and Trevor, were absolutely brilliant — they covered every detail of the course so clearly, while creating space for group discussions and the sharing of real-life experiences. It really refreshed my knowledge and gave me a big confidence boost to continue training our amazing team at Lexrae Support. I’d highly recommend this training to anyone in a similar role.’

‘Thank you. Best training we’ve had delivered.’

‘I now feel so much more confident in my job role after these few days training sessions. Will definitely recommend!’

‘I would highly recommend this training for basically any employee. It is relevant to dealing with conflict with external people e.g. the public, but also internal conflict with other staff. It was informative and well presented.’
