Trevor’s testimonials.

‘Trevor’s knowledge and expertise shone through, making the course both informative and enjoyable. I really appreciated the way he related it to our work in the NHS. I learned a lot and would highly recommend this course to any business!’

‘The session was helpful for me to understand certain aspects which were useful for my role, highlighting the importance of safety and ways to consider how actions can impact ourselves and others and what measures can be used for a better outcome.’

‘This 4-day IKON Training was excellent. The restraint techniques were perfectly shown, the legal aspect of our actions was also taught, which is an excellent point, as many security officers are not fully aware of the implications of restraining/removing someone from the premises. Trevor and Jude were fantastic.’

‘It was a great experience, glad we got this training. We actually used the training in a situation we were put in a few hours later, definitely helpful in that moment with a difficult tenant.’

‘Breakaway Disengagement Training is training all clinical professionals should be provided mandatorily.’

‘Trevor was an excellent trainer who adapted his style and approach seamlessly to everyone in the room. His natural charm and humour helped remove any perceived barriers, creating a space where everyone felt empowered to contribute and share openly. His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with the group made for a truly refreshing and impactful learning experience!’

‘I recently attended the BDE Affiliate Trainer course, and it was such a positive experience. The trainers, James and Trevor, were absolutely brilliant — they covered every detail of the course so clearly. I’d highly recommend this training to anyone in a similar role.’
