As a dedicated Ipswich Town football supporter and season ticket holder, James Crown is passionate about our work with the stewards of our local team ITFC.
We’ve been proud to support and train their safety stewarding staff in conflict management for nearly two decades.
Recently, James and Company Trainer James Adams spent the day with a group of new stewards, covering crucial topics like situational awareness, risk assessment, and communication skills as part of their Spectator Safety qualifications required by the Football Association.
The training includes practical sessions, empowering stewards to handle challenging situations effectively and ensuring they can confidently support their colleagues. And, of course, we believe in learning with smiles, as you can see from the pictures!
