Staff Spotlight: Sam Cherubin

Introducing Sam Cherubin!

Sam has been with IKON for two years, six months!

Hear from Sam about his journey to joining IKON Training…

“I started my career in customer service speaking to individuals in a contact centre. I moved into training, where I became a call centre and induction trainer, which developed into training staff in communication skills.

I enjoy making individuals aware when communicating; it is not what you say but how it is said. I have a passion for developing people, and the ability to share the IKON vision, which is all individuals feel safe and confident at work, makes me feel great.

I have embraced delivering remote training online; it initially presented challenges as a trainer. I have quickly learned how to adapt my training style to fit in with what clients require and enjoy its challenges.

I enjoy working at IKON. My colleagues are incredibly supportive. Everyone has made me feel like a valued team member.”
