Trevor’s testimonials.

“It was a great experience, glad we got this training. We actually used the training in a situation we were put in a few hours later, definitely helpful in that moment with a difficult tenant.”

‘Breakaway Disengagement Training is training all clinical professionals should be provided mandatorily.’

‘Trevor was an excellent trainer who adapted his style and approach seamlessly to ensure everyone in the session remained engaged and able to fully grasp the content. His relaxed, fun, and personable delivery made the session both enjoyable and accessible. I particularly appreciated how he created an inclusive and supportive environment, making even complex legislative aspects easy to understand and relate to. As a senior manager within the group, I was especially impressed by the sense of ease Trevor brought to the session. His natural charm and humour helped remove any perceived barriers, creating a space where everyone felt empowered to contribute and share openly. His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with the group made for a truly refreshing and impactful learning experience. Well Done Trevor!’

‘I recently attended the Breakaway Disengagement Training with IKON as part of the Affiliate Trainer course, and it was such a positive experience. The trainers, James and Trevor, were absolutely brilliant — they covered every detail of the course so clearly, while creating space for group discussions and the sharing of real-life experiences. It really refreshed my knowledge and gave me a big confidence boost to continue training our amazing team at Lexrae Support. I’d highly recommend this training to anyone in a similar role.’
